But now the Cardinals have offered their first from the state of Kentucky. U of L extended an offer on Thursday to Bowling Green High School running back/cornerback standout Vito Tisdale.

Playing behind Mr. Football candidate Jamale Carothers on offense, Tisdale ran 14 times for 180 yards and three touchdowns during his freshman season. He finished with seven total touchdowns.
Tisdale has two interceptions, including one returned for a touchdown, two fumble recoveries and 53 tackles on the season.
As an eighth grader at Bowling Green Middle School, Tisdale ran for more than 2,000 yards and was a finalist for the General Dennis D. Cavin Youth Player of the Year Award is given to the Nation’s most outstanding youth football player.
Tisdale also has offers from Austin Peay and Kentucky.
