Kam Jones has been committed to the University of Louisville since July.
The 6-foot-1, 220-pound Jones is a three-star prospect from Suwanee, Ga., Peachtree Ridge High School has been to the Cardinals' campus several times but this weekend will be a special visit.
Jones will be making his official visit the Louisville campus.
"I'm excited," Jones said. "I've been looking forward to it."
Jones is the sixth-ranked inside linebacker in the state of Georgia and checks in as the No. 48 inside linebacker in the country. He's planning on chatting with the staff about enrolling in January, which would allow him to participate in spring practice.
Jones' father, Tony Jones, played in the NFL for 13 seasons, winning two Super Bowls with the Denver Broncos as a starting offensive lineman. The elder Jones played for Western Carolina.
