The University of Louisville football program has 22 verbal commitments in the Class of 2017 and five in the Class of 2018. Here’s a look at how those prospects fared this weekend:

The Louisville Cardinals football program has 22 verbal commitments in the Class of 2017 and five in the Class of 2018. Here’s a look at how those prospects fared this weekend:

Kemari Averett, TE, Atlanta Grady - Season complete; Averett finished the season with 56 catches for 755 yards and 11 touchdowns.

Cole Bentley, OL, Belfry - Season complete. Bentley helped lead Belfry to a fourth consecutive state title.

Malik Clark, LB, Milledgeville, Ga., Baldwin - Season complete; Baldwin finished 4-7.

Malik Cunningham, QB, Montgomery, Ala., Park Crossing - Season complete; In 14 games, Cunningham passed for 2,913 yards and 30 touchdowns as he helped Park Crossing to the Class 6-A state semifinals. He also rushed for 1,015 yards and 19 TDs. For his career, he passed for 6,276 yards and 71 TDs and rushed for 1,926 yards and 32 TDs.

Dorian Etheridge, LB, Charleston, W. Va., Capital - Season complete; Capital finished 9-4.

Mitch Hall, LS, Clayton, N.C., High School - Season complete; Clayton finished 6-6.

Ben Hutch, DL, Nashville, Tenn., Hillsboro - Season complete; Hillsboro finished 7-5. Hutch had a total of 32 tackles, including four sacks on the season.

Anthony Johnson, S, Hollywood, Fla., Chaminade Prep - Johnson had six tackles but Chaminade lost to Trinity Christian 24-13 in the Class 3-A state finals on Saturday.

Josh Johnson, WR, College Park, Ga., Woodward Academy - Season complete; Woodward finished 11-2. Johnson had 45 catches for 1,080 yards and 14 touchdowns.

Kam Jones, LB, Suwanee, Ga., Peachtree Ridge - Season complete; Peachtree Ridge finished 6-6.

Justin Marshall, WR, Georgia Sports Prep Academy - Season complete; Marshall helped Georgia Sports Prep Academy win the East Atlantic Conference Championship.

Tre Norwood, CB, Fort Smith, Ark., Northside - Season complete; Northside finished 10-2.

Rodney Owens, S, Nashville, Tenn., Ensworth - Season complete; Ensworth’s season is complete at 8-4 and Owens finished with 750 yards receiving, 50 tackles and 7 TDs.

Corey Reed, WR, Roswell, Ga. - Reed caught four passes for 76 yards and one touchdown but Roswell lost to Grayson 23-20 in overtime during the Class 7-A state title game.

Joey Palmer, OL, Butler County Community College - Season complete; Butler finished 7-4.

Poutasi Poutasi, OL, Las Vegas Desert Pines - Poutasi helped Desert Pines the NIAA Class 3-A state title.

Kaheem Roach, CB, Miramar, Fla. - Season complete; Miramar finished 8-3.

TreSean Smith, S, Cincinnati LaSalle - Season complete; Smith helped LaSalle to another Division II state title.

Lyn Strange, S, Tallahassee, Fla., North Florida Christian - Season complete; NFC finished at 8-4.

Jabreel Stephens, DE, Seffner, Fla., Armwood - Season complete; Armwood finished at 10-2. Stephens finished with eight sacks and 54 tackles.

Colin Wilson, RB, Green Cove Springs, Fla., Clay - Season complete; Wilson ran 192 times for 1,466 yards and 21 touchdowns. He averaged 7.6 yards per carry.

Russ Yeast, Ath, Greenwood, Ind., Center Grove - Season complete; Center Grove was the Class 6-A runner-ups.

Jamal Anderson, S, Homestead, Fla., South Dade - Season complete; South Dade finished at 4-5.

DaVontae McCrae, DE, Miami Jackson - Season complete; Jackson finished at 3-7.

Marcus Riley, ATH, Tallahassee, Fla., Rickards - Season complete; Rickards finished 10-2.

Zion Roland, WR, St. Petersburg, Fla., Farragut Academy - Season complete; Farragut finished 3-5.

Trenell Troutman, S, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., St. Thomas Aquinas - Troutman helped St. Thomas Aquinas beat Tampa Plant 45-6 in the Class 7-A state finals. He had seven tackles and two pass break ups in the title game.
