Led by junior guard Quentin Snider's career-high 22 points, No. 10 Louisville downed No. 6 Kentucky 73-70 in front of a KFC Yum! Center crowd of 22,783 on Wednesday evening.

The win ended a four-game losing streak to their rival and marked the seventh straight season that the Cardinals have started with an 11-1 record.

Snider, named the game's Most Valuable Player, also handed out five assists, grabbed six rebounds and recorded a pair of steals.
