Oak Hill Academy 2018 center David McCormack has received a scholarship offer from the University of Louisville.

University of Louisville basketball assistant coach Kenny Johnson has been recruiting Oak Hill Academy 2018 big man David McCormack for a little over a month, building a relationship with the post player.

On Friday, the Cardinals offered McCormack.

The 6-foot-10 McCormack reports the Cardinals became his 20th offer. Maryland, North Carolina, Duke, Xavier, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Georgetown, and many others are all involved in his recruitment.

McCormack recently told Scout.com that U of L was coming after him pretty hard.

"They got into my recruitment not too long ago,” said McCormack of the Cardinals. “I’ve been talking to Coach (Kenny) Johnson a lot, and I’ve been talking to Coach (Rick) Pitino some as well. Right now we are just on the basis of building a relationship."

McCormack, who is from Norfolk, Va., is the No. 44 player ranked in the Class of 2018. He checks in as the No. 6 overall center.
