Louisville is expected to host as many as 14 visitors this weekend, including six four stars and five members of the Scout300.

The University of Louisville football staff already has 22 verbal commitments in the Class of 2017.

But with less than a month until national signing day, the staff is ready to perhaps add some more talent to the fold. The Cardinals are expected to have one of the biggest recruiting weekend in the history of the program this coming weekend.

Louisville is expecting to host at least 14 official visitors, beginning Friday. The visitors will tour the campus, spend time with the coaches and players and take in the U of L-Duke basketball game on Saturday at the KFC Yum Center.

The list of visitors is impressive.

Louisville is expecting six four-star prospects and five members of the Scout.com top 300 in the '17 class, including Under Armour All-American Game MVP Jeff Thomas, a wide receiver from East St. Louis High School.

Thomas is the No. 50 player in the Scout.com rankings.

Also expected are Gainesville, Fla., Newberry defensive end standouts Cory Durden and Ja'len Parks, who are both currently listed as soft commitments to Florida State University. Parks is the No. 199 player in the country and Durden is listed at No. 229.

Mississippi State commitment Aaron Odom is the No. 242 player in the class and is another standout expected on campus.

Louisville will also host five current commitments to the Cardinals, including Green Cove, Fla., running back Colin Wilson. He committed to U of L in October and is listed as the No. 155 player in the country.

Other U of L commitments visiting: linebacker Malik Clark, cornerback Kaheem Roach, defensive end Jabreel Stephens and safety Anthony Johnson.
