Scholarship offer number eight is one close to home for Trinity High School junior wide receiver Rondale Moore.
The dynamic 5-foot-8, 165-pound Moore has landed an offer from the University of Louisville.
Moore, who caught nine touchdown passes in the only four games he played last season at Trinity, already had offers from Western Kentucky, Purdue, Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois and Central Michigan and has plenty of others looking.
A transfer from New Albany, Ind., Moore has been to several U of L football games and was an unofficial visitor to the Cardinals' home basketball game against Duke last month.
Moore caught 20 passes in his four games for 464 yards and nine TDs. He averaged 116 yards a game and 23.2 yards a catch. He had five catches for 137 yards and one TD in the 6-A state final victory over Lafayette.
He's the fourth in-state prospect offered by the Cardinals, including Waggener's Jairus Brent and Tahj Rice and Bowling Green's Justice Dingle.
