Three of the state's top 2018 football prospects are expected to visit the University of Louisville this weekend.
Bowling Green linebacker Justice Dingle, Christian County quarterback Kolbe Langhi and Paintsville defensive lineman Tyrese Allen are all planning to attend the Cardinals' Junior Day event on Saturday.
Dingle, who transferred to Bowling Green from Murfreesboro, Tenn., is the only one of the three with a current U of L offer.
The 6-foot-2, 230-pound Dingle helped the Purples to the Class 5-A state title last season. He finished with 68 tackles and had one interception and one fumble recovery for the Purples.
The 6-foot-6, 215-pound Langhi was impressive at U of L's Quarterback Camp last summer and had a sensational season for the Colonels. He threw for 2,425 yards and 23 touchdowns as a junior.
Allen is an emerging star from Paintsville. The 6-foot-4, 285-pound lineman recorded 65 tackles last fall, including 42 solo stops, while also proving effective on the offensive side of the ball. Also playing running back for Paintsville, Allen notched 28 carries for 184 yards and a pair of touchdowns. He also three receptions for 65 yards and an additional score.
All three prospects will be on campus this weekend.
