Justin Dedich added a Louisville scholarship offer this week

Temecula, Calif., prospect Justin Dedich holds over 20 scholarship offers

The nation's top-rated center in the 2018 class has added a Louisville scholarship offer to his many options.  Temecula (Calif.) Chaparral's Justin Dedich is rated as Scout's No. 1 center prospect nationally and is the No. 131 overall prospect in the country.

"I was honored to have been offered from such a prestigious university," he told Cardinal Authority shortly after receiving the Cardinals offer.

Louisville offensive line coach Mike Summers and staff assistant Michael Bruno are both building a new relationship with the 6-foot-2, 285-pound Dedich.

"I have only been able to talk on the phone with them once and I look forward to building a relationship with them through out this process," he said.

In addition to the Cardinals, Dedich has more than 20 scholarship offers, with Arizona, Colorado, Iowa State, Oklahoma State, UCLA, Utah and Washington among them.  With interest continuing to increase, the four-star prospect admits that its both an enjoyable, but stressful process.

"It is a little stressful, but I enjoy it because I am blessed to have this opportunity that most are not given," he explained.

With an opportunity to play college ball at a number of schools across the country, Dedich says that distance isn't a concern.

"If the school is the right fit it is not an issue," he said.

He was recently confirmed as a member of the Nike+ Football The Opening Finals roster.
