INDIANAPOLIS -- Louisville was outscored by 12 points in the second half and fell 73-69 to Michigan on Sunday afternoon

Louisville struggled to slow down a hot-shooting Michigan team in the second half of Sunday's NCAA meeting and was out-scored by 12 in the final 20 minutes to fall 73-69 to the Wolverines.

Michigan connected on 63 percent of its second half field goal attempts, including 3-of-6 from beyond the three-point arc, for the come-from-behind victory.

The Cardinals were led by Donovan Mitchell's 19 points, while Deng Adel contributing 16 points and Mangok Mathiang adding 13.

Louisville's season ends at 25-9.
