Frankfort, Ky., Western Hills High School two-sport star Wandale Robinson got a double dose of the University of Louisville on Tuesday.
Robinson is being recruited by both the football and baseball staffs from U of L and made a visit to watch the Cardinals practice in football and then was in attendance for the baseball win over Kentucky.
The 5-foot-8, 160-pound Robinson confirmed he was on campus "for both" on Tuesday.
"The football visit was great," Robinson said. "It was similar to Junior Day in March, I just got to watch how practice went. (Louisville is) also recruiting me for baseball some."
Robinson said U of L hitting coach Eric Snider visited his school on Monday. He said Miami of Ohio and Cincinnati are recruiting him for baseball and have told him they would take two-sport athletes. He's planning on attending football camps at U of L, Kentucky and Western Kentucky.
While he was impressed with both events, Robinson said the baseball win was electric.
"The baseball atmosphere was awesome," he said. "I didn't think the fans would get into the game as much as they did."
As a sophomore, Robinson ran for 2,014 yards and 28 touchdowns, while also having 454 yards receiving and three more TDs.
