The Cardinals welcome a number of prospects from Florida for Saturday's spring game

A number of top prospects from Florida will check out the Cardinals spring game and more this weekend

Among the dozens of recruits that will visit Louisville on Saturday for the program's Red-White spring game are a group of athletes from the Sunshine State that are high of the Cardinals staff radar.

West Palm Beach linebacker Herman McCray IV added an offer from Louisville in February and told Cardinal Authority that the it was one that was "sticking out" among those that are recruiting him.  The 6-foot-4, 230-pound prospect is also drawing interest from programs throughout the ACC and SEC.  He also holds offers from Iowa State and Florida Atlantic.

Rated as the nation's No. 35 outside linebacker, Darrell Shelton includes Louisville, Auburn, Duke, Florida State, Illinois, Kentucky, LSU, Michigan, NC State, North Carolina, Oregon, Syracuse and Tennessee among his many suitors.

A member of the Scout 150, Nicholas Bonitto has a couple dozen scholarship offers, including many of the traditional powers in the ACC and SEC.  The 6-foot-4, 200-pound defensive end is the No. 14 prospect at his position nationally and No. 3 in Florida.

Fort Lauderale Cardinal Gibbons safety Maxwell Worship hopes to collect a Louisville offer during his visit.  The three-star prospect already holds offers from Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, North Carolina, Syracuse, Vanderbilt, Western Kentucky and others.  He's rated as the No. 26 safety in the South Region.

Baker County wide receiver Lee Graham is on the radar of a number of P5 programs and has collected scholarship offers from Central Michigan, Marshall, Southern Miss, Western Kentucky and others.

Jarrett Jackson is one of three tight ends expected to visit that hold scholarship offers from Louisville. The Palm Beach Gardens prospect is rated as the No. 38 player at his position nationally and also holds offers from Duke, Florida, Pittsburgh, South Florida, Tennessee, West Virginia and others.

A three-star running back, Tampa Cambridge-Christian's Andrew Cunningham also holds a Louisville offer.  Rated as the No. 36 running back nationally, Cunningham is also has Arizona, Arizona State, Boston College, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, NC State, Oregon, Purdue, Syracuse, and Utah among his many offers.

A 2019 prospect, Ahmarean Brown of Tampa Catholic is a 5-foot-9, 160-pound speedster that has collected early scholarship offers from Iowa State, Kentucky, Michigan State, Missouri, South Florida and Southern Miss.
