Manual High School 2019 athlete Aidan Robbins made another visit to Louisville last weekend, says the atmosphere 'feels like home.'

Manual High School 2019 athlete Aidan Robbins has been on the University of Louisville campus a number of times. Robbins' is in close proximity with his school just across the street from the U of L campus.

But the 6-foot-3, 215-pound Robbins was back over the weekend for unofficial visit to the U of L spring game and is hoping the Cardinals' coaching staff extends a scholarship offer in the near future.

"Overall, I loved the visit," Robbins said. "I have been to Louisville multiple visits and it just gives me that home feeling knowing that I have been a fan (of the Cardinals) since I was young.

"The game showed me that Louisville is one of the most prestigious programs in the country and I have a chance to be apart of that."

Robbins landed his first offer from Miami of Ohio recently and on Monday night earned an offer from Bowling Green. He's hearing from a bunch of other schools but said U of L offensive line coach Mike Summers is coming to school next week.

"I really hope for an offer," Robbins said.

A lifelong U of L fan, Robbins said his relationship with the Cardinals' staff has strengthened in recent weeks. He spent time at a practice two weeks before he came to the spring game.

"The coaches are coming to visit me and I'm sure they will have me on campus again," he said. "They tell me about the great feeling of being a hometown hero, and what that would mean to the fan base. They love my style of play, and look at me like Michael Bush and other great big backs to come out of Louisville."

As a junior, Robbins ran for 370 yards and three touchdowns in 10 games. He also caught a touchdown pass and had one interception on defense that he returned for a touchdown.
