Louisville has had a lot of luck in the Miami area in recent years and Monday offered 4-stare 2019 RB Nayquan Wright from Miami Carol City.

The University of Louisville has had success recruiting in the Miami area.

Among the top players the Cardinals have pulled from the '305' in recent years is running back Brandon Radcliff, who graduated last season after spending four years in the Cardinals' backfield.

The staff is looking at another elite-level running back from the area.

Louisville is the latest to offer four-star 2019 running back Nayquan Wright of Miami Carol City High School. He already has more than 15 offers, including U of L, Alabama, LSU, Miami, Florida, Florida State, West Virginia and Notre Dame.

The 5-foot-9, 190-pound Wright ran for 990 yards and 11 touchdowns as a freshman in 2015 and last season ran for 810 yards and eight TDs. He's in the backfield alongside 2018 Miami commit Cameron Davis.
