University of Louisville sophomore guard Donovan Mitchell has been invited to the NBA Draft Combine.
Mitchell, who told Scout.com last month that he was going to test the NBA waters, is expected to compete at the May 9-14 combine in Chicago. He has not signed with an agent.
The 6-foot-3 guard is currently projected to go No. 20 in the 2017 NBA Draft by Draft Express.
Mitchell raised his profile during his sophomore season and helped Louisville to a 25-9 record, before falling to Michigan in the second round. Mitchell averaged 15.6 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.7 assists a game for the Cardinals.
U of L sophomore Deng Adel is an alternate for the NBA Draft Combine.
