Louisville long snapper Colin Holba has been drafted in the sixth round by the Pittsburgh Steelers

The first University of Louisville football player taken in the NFL Draft this year was Colin Holba.

The long snapper from Eastern High School was taken in the sixth round of the draft with the No. 213 pick by the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The 6-foot-4, 250-pound Holba didn't have a bad snap on punt, field goal or extra point attempts in two years as the starter. Holba became the starter at long snapper after Grant Donovan, who didn't have a bad snap, graduated.

He's the only U of L player selected through the first six rounds.
