Louisville safety Josh Harvey-Clemons became the second player from the Cardinals roster selected in the 2017 NFL Draft when the Washington Redskins drafted him with the 12th pick in the seventh round.
The 6-foot-4, 215-pound defensive back played in 10 games a senior, finishing fifth on the team with 61 total tackles. He also registered four tackles for a loss, including a pair of sacks, and had two pass breakups. He was an All-ACC second team choice following the 2016 season.
As a juinor, his first as a Cardinal, Harvey-Clemons garnered ACC honorable mention honors after recording 88 tackles, two for loss, three interceptions, six pass breakups.
The 230th overall choice, Harvey-Clemons, a Valdosta, Ga., native transferred to Louisville after two seasons at Georgia.
He was rated as the nation's No.36 overall prospect as a high school senior and was chosen as a U.S. Army All-American.
