With only one Power Five offer in hand, Christian County High School safety Cory Trice is looking to open some eyes this summer at camps.
Trice might have done that at the University of Louisville camp last week.
Attending the Saturday one-day camp with the Cardinals, the 6-foot-2, 175-pound was solid all day in front of the U of L staff.
"I think I really did pretty good," Trice said. "The coaches told me they would keep in touch. I was happy with what I did."
Trice has an offer from Purdue, while also having offers from Austin Peay, Southern Illinois, Murray State and Tennessee-Martin. He said several other schools are looking at him, including Western Kentucky and Cincinnati.
As a junior, Trice had four interceptions and two fumble recoveries in eight games. He also scored three TDs and carried the ball for 106 yards for the Colonels. His main position is safety.
