Glasgow High School 2019 offensive lineman Tanner Bowles was back at the University of Louisville on Saturday for camp.
The elite prospect already has an offer from the Cardinals and had a chance to work with new U of L offensive line coach Mike Summers.
"Coach Summers felt like I did a pretty good job, and there's obviously room to improve," Bowles said. "I felt like I did really well in the second session of the camp, not as good in the first session."
The 6-foot-5, 280-pound Bowles impressed the staff last year at camp and earned an offer. He's one of nine in-state prospects in the '19 class with an offer from the Cardinals.
Bowles said he plans on also camping at Alabama, Ohio State, LSU and Kentucky.
Bowles, an All-Conference performer as a sophomore for the Scotties, has offers from U of L and Kentucky. His brother had his career at U of L cut short by an injury but was one of 15 U of L players who graduated in December. His father, Matt, played baseball at Kentucky.
"I'll be honest, I'm very partial (to Louisville) due to my brother playing there," the younger Bowles said. "But I'm also partial to Kentucky due to my father."
He attended several U of L games last fall and was also at Junior Day.
