At 6'5, 245-pounds Josh Satterhwait has the size that allows him to play both tight end and defensive end for Lassiter High School in Marietta, Georgia. As an example of his abilities, Satterthwait was recently named to the Georgia Hot 100 Team.

ITV had the opporunity to speak with Josh recently and was informed that he was scheduled to make an unofficial to Louisville for the home opener against UTEP, but due to other commitments was unable to make the trip.

"I hope to make it up there soon," said Satterthwait.

In addition to Louisville, Josh is also being recruited by Marshall, Georgia, Miami of Ohio, Vanderbilt and others.

Louisville Associate Head Coach and tight ends coach Greg Nord is responsible for recruiting that area of Georgia and Satterthwait has been impressed by the coach that would likely be responsible for his continued development should he commit to the Cardinals.

"I like that he's the tight ends coach a lot," explained Satterthwait. "He seems like a real nice guy and a good coach."

Stay tuned to ITV for the latest on Satterthwait and to learn if the talented tight end reschedules his visit to The 'Ville.
