Despite sources locally that inform us that Sebastian Telfair has signed and sent his letter of intent to the University of Louisville, Sebastian's father, Otis Telfair, still won't confirm that as fact.
In a conversation with Mr. Telfair Monday afternoon, the 6'0 guard's father says the talented Louisville commit is still conferring with his brothers, Jamel Thomas and Danny Turner, about the matter.
"He's still discussing it with his brother," Telfair said. "And I think they're advising him 'what's the rush.'"
Telfair's father continues to indicate that Telfair will sign but won't give any indication when that might happen when asked.
Recruits have until Wednesday at midnight to sign a binding letter of intent but have two weeks following that deadline to return them to the school they've chosen to sign with.
