"I really liked all the players," Williams said. "They seemed to be a lot like me. I related well to them and a lot of them had the same background as me. It was fun just playing cards and video games and being silly."
But despite his good visit to Wake Forest, Louisville is still Alfred's top choice. He has a visit set up to Louisville for 1/16 and says the Cardinals are recruiting him the hardest. Williams and teammate Emmanuel Spann recently made an unofficial visit to Louisville for the Memphis game late last month.
"I like the atmosphere there," Williams said of Louisville. "The environment is really nice and I like all the coaches. They have a cool staff."
Following Louisville and Wake Forest are Cincinnati, North Carolina, Louisiana St and Marshall. All have offered except Louisiana St. He also has visits set up with Cincinnati on 1/9 and Marshall on 1/23.
