According to Sacred heart head coach Donna Moir, the 6-foot-3 forward will announce her decision on April 20.
"She's by far the best player I've ever coached," Moir told Inside The Ville last fall. "She'll have a big impact in college because of her size and strength."
University of Louisville head coach Tom Collen made an in-home visit with Kelly and her parents Sunday evening and the decision to stay close to home for college appears an important factor in this equation.
"I think it's an important factor in her decision," Sacred Heart head coach Donna Moir said. "Her mom and dad have expressed an interest in Crystal staying close to home for college."
With no more in-home or campus visits remaining, Kelly will spend the next week mulling her final decision before making her announcement. She's also been on the phone regularly with the college coaches that are recruiting her and getting some answers to her last minute questions.
"She has been talking to the coaches on the phone and clearing up any questions she has," Moir said. "Things like on campus housing, whether or not she can have a car on campus...that type of stuff."
On Monday, Kelly and teammates travelled to Frankfort where they were honored for their season's accomplishments.
"It was really nice," Moir said. "They honored us and gave us all nice certificates."
