Andre McGee has leader following visit to ASU

5-foot-10 Andre McGee made an official visit to Arizona State over the weekend but his leader isn't of the PAC-10 variety.

Despite a weekend official visit to Arizona State, 5-foot-10 Andre McGee has a leader for his services other than the Sun Devils.

McGee, who was accompanied on the visit to Tempe by his mother and father, told DevilsDigest.com that the visit was nice.

"The visit went real nice," said McGee. "I know a lot about ASU, but I still had fun. Everybody is just expressing how important I am in the recruiting process, and how much they want me down here. They don't want me to feel too pressured, but they showed me a lot of love." McGee was hosted by former Canyon Springs high school teammate and close friend Tron Smith.

However, just three hours upon returning to their southern California home from their visit with Sun Devils head coach Rob Evans, McGee's mother, Jackie, told Inside The Ville that there's definitely a leader for her son's services.

"Louisville," Mrs. McGee answered when asked if a leader had emerged during the recruiting process.

"We just talked to Coach Theus recently and Andre's going to Louisville June 11-12," McGee said. "And I know he's really looking forward to that visit."

Asked if her son could make his decision after visiting Louisville if things went well, McGee's mother answered, "I think so."

Stay tuned for comments from McGee about his visit to ASU and his upcoming visit to Louisville.
