As a junior last fall, Cheeseman put together an impressive season, rushing for 1,444 yards and 20 touchdowns on just 180 carries, a per carry average of 8.02 yards. Couple his elusiveness with 4.38 speed and it quickly becomes clear why he is racking up some impressive scholarship offers.
However, despite the impressive offers, Cheeseman is focusing on improving for his senior season and recently returned from Miami's camp.
"I did pretty good," Cheeseman explained. "It was good to go up against a bunch of different players from around the country."
Also a good student (3.2/1130) Cheeseman hopes to narrow his list of schools to five before the kickoff of his senior season.
"Right now I have no preference really," continued Cheeseman. "I'm waiting to narrow things down with my coach before the season and then take my official visits. I'll probably commit after the season is over."
