Cardinals Climb Continues

Louisville football continued to climb in the major polls and rebounded strongly in the NCAA statistical standings following the programs dominating 41-9 win over South Florida.

Despite few teams that entered the week ahead of Louisville in the national polls losing, the Cardinal football program continued its climb in the rankings.

In the latest USA Today/ESPN Coaches Top 25 Louisville rose two spots to 16th, while in the Associated Press Top 25 the Cardinals climbed one spot to 14th.
