UL prospects on display at Lou. Roundball Classic

University of Louisville signees Jonathan Huffman and Chad Millard will square off in the Louisville Roundball Classic's main event Jan. 8 at Louisville Gardens. The event also will feature several other talented prospects, including Nolan Smith, Brandan Wright, Michael Beasley and Jeff Adrian.

Several University of Louisville signess and prospects will be on display January 8 at the Louisville Roundball Classic at Louisville Gardens, including 2004 signees 6-11 Jonathan Huffman, 6-8 Chad Millard and prospects Martez Walker and Nolan Smith.

The event, organized by Chris Pitino, son of U of L coach Rick Pitino, will feature two sessions and four games.

In addition to the Cardinals signees and prospects, fans will also get a chance to see Brentwood Academy's 6-9 Brandan Wright, Riverdale Baptist's Michael Beasley, considered one of the nation's top sophomores and Brewster Academy standout Jeff Adrian, who signed with Connecticut last November. Louisville football commit Maurice Grinter will also be in action.

The night's main event will feature two U of L signees going head-to-head, as Jonathan Huffman's Central Park Christian squad takes on Brewster Academy and Chad Millard.

Tickets for the Louisville Roundball Classic are $10 and will go on sale at Louisville Gardens January 3, 2005.
