"I've been an FSU fan for a long time. I have a lot ties down in Florida. My parents went to school at FSU and then my dad went to graduate school at Georgia after that. My girlfriend is at Georgia now. She's a student there."

"I just want to play in a good conference, on a good team. Depth chart isn't big because I think Im going to compete wherever I go."
Will Stafford play the game or potentially make an early commitment?
"I think I am going to commit early. Probably before next season."

"I'm up in the air as far as team camps go right now."
How did he enjoy his experience at the Army All-American Junior combine in San Antonio?
"It was fun. I liked it a lot and I had a good time. I think I stacked up really well out there."

"Georgia, Florida State, Miami, Michigan and pretty much all the big 12 schools have come by. Mangino is the only head coach so far."
What does Stafford feel he does best at the high school level and what does he feel he needs to improve upon?
"I have a quick release, a strong arm and I make good decisions. I think I can make my mobility and overall conditioning a little bit better, but I certainly don't think that's a weakness."
Does he care about playing away from home for the next 4 or 5 years?
"Distance will not play a factor for me. It's just wherever the best football program is."
