Top junior PF Kevin Durant adds Louisville to list

Kevin Durant, Scout.com's No. 2 prospect in the Class of 2006, is heading to Chapel Hill this weekend for the North Carolina-Duke game, according to his father.

Durant, a 6-foot-9 forward, has schools like Texas, UNC, Kentucky and Arizona chasing him. In a new development in Durant's recruitment, the talented junior has added a new school to his list of favorites.

According to his father Wayne Pratt, Durant has now added Louisville to his short list of favorites.

Inside The Ville has learned that Louisville has been working hard to get into the picture with Durant for the past several weeks. In fact, Louisville assistant Vince Taylor was hot on Durant's trail last month when he travelled to Trenton, New Jersey to catch the talented forward in action at the Prime Time Shootout.

According to Telep, Durant would like to cut his list down to three schools sometime this spring.
