SENIOR DEVELOPMENT CAMP
June 12, 2005
(For upcoming seniors only)

Fees:
$25 (includes lunch and t-shirt)

Trainers:
There will be certified athletic trainers on duty at all times.

Eligible Participants: Upcoming seniors only.

Speed & Agility Workout:
You will be taught the basic skills in speed improvement and agility for your position. You will also be instructed and tested in an NFL-style combine.

Individual Position Drills:
You will be instructed and coached by a University of Louisville coach at your position. You will work on the skills and drills used by your position.

NCAA Clearinghouse:
You will be instructed as to the rules and certification procedures you must go through in order to be eligible under NCAA guidelines.

Equipment:
Shorts, socks & T-shirt will be the dress for the testing and position workout. All athletes must bring football cleats, as well as tennis shoes for the weight room. Lockers and locker room will be available for use during the day.

Tentative Schedule:
Registration begins at 9:00 am. Camp ends at 4:30 pm.

7 ON 7 PASSING TOURNAMENT
June 4, 2005
Championship Format

Each team entered will be guaranteed at least three (3) games to seed the championship tournament.

The members of the overall tournament championship team will receive an award at the conclusion of the event.

Kentucky High School officials will be on hand to officiate all games.

Passing Tournament Registration:
Teams must have at least seven (7) members, however, it is strongly suggested that at least ten (10) to fifteen (15) individuals make up a team. This will allow for injuries, substitutions and offensive and defensive specialties. All teams must have helmets and have signed Participation/Awareness of Risk forms filed with Vicky Nugent for each player to participate.

Trainers:
There will be certified athletic trainers on duty at all times.

Registration Deadline: May 27, 2005

Fees:
Fees will be $150 per team. Fees include insurance and awards.

Insurance:
Each camper will be covered by a maximum of $5,000.00 accident insurance. Any additional coverage is the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

9:00-10:00 am: Registration
10:00-10:30 am: Coaches/Officials Meeting
10:30-11:00 am: Player Warm-up
11:00-3:30 pm: Tournament Play
3:45-4:30 pm: Quarter Finals
4:45-5:30 pm: Semifinals
5:45-6:30 pm: Championship Game
6:30 pm: Award Presentations

LINEMAN CAMP
June 4, 2005 (For campers entering grades 9-12)

Offensive and defensive linemen from your team will receive detailed instruction in advanced techniques of line play.

The linemen camp will coincide with the passing tournament, so that your entire football team will be involved and participating throughout the day.

The experienced camp staff will be led by University of Louisville offensive line coach Mike Summers and defensive line coach Kevin Wolthausen.

Location: University of Louisville Football Complex

Fees: Fees will be $25 per player (includes insurance and awards)

Trainers:
There will be certified athletic trainers on duty at all times.

Equipment:
All players must bring a helmet & shoulder pads Must also have signed Participation/Awareness of Risk forms filed with Vicky Nugent for each player to participate.

Lineman Camp Tentative Schedule

HIGH SCHOOL QUARTERBACK/ WIDE RECEIVER CAMP
June 5, 2005 (For campers entering grades 9-12)

Learn the advanced quarterback and receiver techniques that helped the Louisville Cardinals lead the nation in total offense and scoring.

Location: University of Louisville Football Complex

Fees: $50.00

Trainers:
There will be certified athletic trainers on duty at all times.

Equipment:
Helmet, chin strap, mouthpiece, jersey, shorts, football shoes, supporter. Mouthpieces will be available for purchase.

Meals:
Lunch is included in tuition.

Camp Store:
There will be a camp store available where campers can purchase snacks, soft drinks, etc.

Tentative Daily Schedule:
Registration begins at 9:00 am. Camp ends at 4:30 pm.
