Derby Classic stars arrive today

The 2005 adidas Kentucky Derby Festival Basketball Classic All-Stars will arrive in Louisville today, including five University of Louisville signees - 5-11 <b>Andre McGee</b> of Moreno Valley, CA., 6-5 <b>Terrance Williams</b> of Seattle, WA., 6-11 <b>Jonathan Huffman</b> of Birmingham, AL., 6-8 <b>Chad Millard</b> of Manchester, NH., and 7-0 <b>Clarence Holloway</b> from Chicago.

The 2005 adidas Kentucky Derby Festival Basketball Classic All-Stars will arrive in Louisville today, including five University of Louisville signees - 5-11 Andre McGee of Moreno Valley, CA., 6-5 Terrance Williams of Seattle, WA., 6-11 Jonathan Huffman of Birmingham, AL., 6-8 Chad Millard of Manchester, NH., and 7-0 Clarence Holloway from Chicago.

The participants are scheduled to practice at Jeffersontown High School this afternoon, before heading to a dinner reception for players, and their families. The all-stars will also practice Friday morning before heading to Knight's Hall at Bellermine University for the Night of the Future Stars where the dunk, three-point shooting, and 2-on-2 contests will be held. The action begins at 7:00 PM Friday night.

"The Derby Festival Basketball Classic has for years been a great place to see stars in the making," Festival Chairman Dan Owens said. "These young men represent the best talent in the country and the Classic is a unique opportunity to see the players while they're still in high school."

The 2005 adidas Kentucky Derby Festival Classic tips-off at 7:00 PM Saturday night at Freedom Hall. Reserved tickets are available for $8 and $12.50.
