6-2, 185-pound Joei Fiegler is one of the better quarterback's available in the state of Tennessee for the class of 2006. Which schools are showing the most interest in him at this time?

"I still have that offer from Vanderbilt," said Fiegler. "North Carolina told my coach that I was their number one quarterback and they wanted to see me throw on June 11th at their camp. Louisville is also recruiting me hard and they said they want the top quarterback in the nation and whether that's me or not, they want to see me throw first. Indiana just got my film and they are really on me also."

"I really don't have any favorites, but if I had to pick one it would be North Carolina," Fiegler added.

What stands out about the Tar Heels?

"I like Coach Bunting a lot and stuff," Fiegler said. "He's very impressive and I just think UNC is on the upswing and they're going to keep that momentum going."

How has Fiegler been occupying his time this off-season?

"I've been throwing a lot," Fiegler said. "On May 3rd the LSU coaches are coming up to see me and Brandon Ward. We start spring on May 12 and I'm really looking forward to that as well."

Where will he camp this year?

"I'll camp at UNC like I said, and I'll also go to Louisville," said Fiegler. "That will probably be it. I may go to Clemson also. Basically if a coach wants me to come, I'll go see them. I'm thinking about the Combine in Auburn too."
