6-11 Keenan Ellis likes Louisville

6-foot-11 Keenan Ellis, a talented high school and AAU teammate of O.J. Mayo, and Bill Walker, says he's receiving interest from some of the top programs in the country, including Louisville.

How did your high school season go?

"It went real well. I didn't get to play the first half of the season, but when I did come, it made us a lot better and I did everything I could do to help the team win. The whole time all we wanted to do was win state and we accomplished that goal."

What were your individual stats?

"During the season I averaged 17 points and nine rebounds. Then during the playoffs O.J. (Mayo) and Bill (Walker) stepped their's up, so I didn't have to score as much. I averaged 14 points, 10 boards and something like five blocks."

When do you start playing with them this summer?

"I can't can wait until June 1st because that's when I go up with them. Then we'll be unstoppable."

What schools are you hearing from the most right now?

"Indiana heavily and Louisville a little bit. I like Louisville, but IU is the real heavy school. I've heard from Michigan a little bit. Other schools aren't really on me yet."
