Corey Peters visits; lists four

Louisville Central product has yet to schedule official visits

Scout.com 3-star defensive tackle prospect Corey Peters attended a Louisville game for the second weekend in a row.

With the Cardinals comfortably ahead of the visiting North Carolina Tarheels 38-7 at halftime, Peters chose to head home early.

"They looked real good again," he said on Sunday. "They have been fired up ever since that South Florida game."

While Peters isn't in a rush to decide and has yet to schedule any official visits, there are four schools that will likely receive one of his five trips.

"Auburn, Louisville, Kentucky and Minnesota," he said.

Minnesota, has recently joined the All-State performer's list of favorites.

"I like their coaching staff," he explained. "Plus I have a brother that lives up there. And, they beat Michigan."

Also, when asked if he and current Golden Gopher verbal commit Aundre Henderson of Louisville DuPont Manual High School have discussed going to the same school, he responded, "no."

"I know him and we've talked, but it's nothing like that," he added.

Peters Central team will host Jeffersontown (KY) High School this weekend.
