The University of Louisville men's basketball program received unofficial visits from two of the nation's Top 20 juniors Saturday afternoon for their 111-85 win over Akron.

As first reported Friday, 7-foot Kosta Koufos from Canton (OH) GlenOak, made his second unofficial visit Saturday to Louisville this fall. Koufos, the Cardinals top frontcourt target in the Class of 2007, averages 25 points and 10 rebounds this season.

Koufos was joined by 6-3 Nolan Smith, a talented combo guard from Oak Hill (VA) Academy. Smith, the son of former Louisville great Derek Smith, has long been a high priority recruit for Rick Pitino and the Cardinals.

Nolan Smith has been getting alot
of attention from Louisville of late.
Louisville assistant Steve Masiello watched Smith score 17 points Friday night against Millersburg Military Institute in Lexington. The Cardinals also sent assistant Kevin Willard to Smith's game in Benton, Ky., last weekend where Smith scored 43 points in two games at the Marshall County HoopFest.

Smith, easily recognizable as he sat courtside Saturday, drew the attention from fans sitting nearby. Some stopped to shake hands, others sought autographs.

Smith will play Saturday night at the Bourbon County Shootout in Paris, Ky. correspondent Evan Daniels will be on hand for Smith's game and will provide a report and comments from Smith about his visit to Louisville.
