His weekend visit in Knoxville will be the last such trip for the 1st Team All-State selection and according to his father may lead a decision early next week.
"He'll probably be ready to make a decision on Tuesday," his father told InsideTheVille.com. "He will have visited everyone that he wanted to see and saw everything that he needed, so he should be ready."
With a decision nearing, coaches from two of his favorites made what could have been final in-home pitches with the nation's no.32 defensive tackle prospect this week.
"Louisville and Memphis came by this week to meet with L.T.," his father said. "He's been in contact with all them."
While he said his son is looking forward to his Tennessee visit, he added that no school appears to have an early advantage.
"I don't think anyone of them is above the other right now," he said.
Could L.T. Walker choose to join five others that visited during the December 16 weekend to commit to Louisville? Stay tuned to InsideTheVille.com over the weekend and early next week for all the latest developments.
