Ohio lineman makes second visit this month

Middletown High School offensive lineman Cory Pigg attended Louisville's spring game on Friday night, making it his second trip to The 'Ville this month...

Middletown, Ohio offensive lineman Cory Pigg has kept busy throughout the spring, visiting a number of the schools that have expressed an interest, including Louisville.

"I went to Louisville on Friday, Northwestern on Saturday and then I just finished visiting Bowling Green," said Pigg on Sunday.

The 6-foot-4, 295-pounder spoke to InsideTheVille.com about each of his recent visits:

Northwestern: "I liked it a lot. The school is right on the beach of Lake Michigan which is cool. I really like the coaches up there."

Louisville: "They're a really good team. I like how the team plays and the coaches. I also like the campus there."

Bowling Green: "I like the coaches there a lot too. I had a lot of fun there."

Pigg, who also visited the Cardinal program two weekends ago for junior day, said that he'll be making a return trip soon.

"I think I'm going to visit Louisville and Northwestern again pretty soon," he said.

After playing tackle as a sophomore and guard as a junior, Pigg will lineup at center for Middletown High School this fall.

"I'm most likely going to play center in college, so I'm looking forward to it playing it this year," he said.

He's also looking forward to participating in the Scout.com All-American combine at Louisville on May 20.

"I went to the one in Pittsburgh, but I was sick, so I'm going again," he explained. "I want to show that I go 100% all the time - I want to do better in my one-on-one drills and show that I'm faster."
