Darquavis Tucker, the No. 38 ranked prospect nationally, made it to Louisville for his unofficial campus visit. Darquavis Tucker was on the Louisville campus Thursday afternoon making an unofficial visit to the Cardinals program.

Tucker, rated the No. 38 prospect nationally, is one of Rick Pitino's highest recruiting priorities in the Class of 2007. One of the top players in the state of Michigan, Tucker averaged 24 points as a junior at Arthur Hills High School in Saginaw. A prolific scoring guard with exceptional athletic ability, Tucker was the third leading scorer last week at the NBA Camp in Richmond, Virginia, averaging 12.9 points per game.

According to a first-hand report from a reliable source, Tucker was at the Student Activities Center on Louisville's campus and participated in several pick up basketball games with current members of the Louisville team, including Andre McGee, Brian Johnson and Edgar Sosa, at the conclusion of Rick Pitino's basketball camp.

Tucker, who has consistently listed the Cardinals as the leader for his services for the past two months ahead of Miami, Michigan State and Michigan, will participate in the ABCD Camp next week.

Tucker's Michigan Hurricane teammate, Anthony Crater, is also making an unofficial visit to Louisville. Crater, a rising junior, is ranked the No. 2 point guard prospect nationally by Scout.com. Crater is a native of Flint, Michigan.
