"Things are going alright," Williams said. "We have a real young team this year and we're 1-2 right now. I've only had one catch for 15 yards in two games. Our quarterback from last year tore his ACL and our new quarterback is still getting adjusted. We only threw the ball four times last game."
Williams, 6-foot-4 and 215 pounds, has several scholarship offers and plans on taking an unofficial visit this weekend.
"I'm going up to Louisville for their game against Miami," he said. "They want me to take my official visit there after the season so I'll be doing that. I also have been talking to Coach Kehoe (at Ole Miss) and I'll be going there for a visit in late October. I'm also looking at UCF and Wake Forest. Those four are the primary schools right now and they've all offered."
Williams said he's looking for a comfortable atmosphere when choosing a school.
"Mainly, I just want to feel at home wherever I go," he said. "I'm really excited about going to Louisville this weekend. It should be a great game, too."
