Murray sets up visit; U of L coach visits

Antwon Murray, one of the best cornerbacks in the Florida, has set up his first official visit. Murray was slated to visit Louisville last week, but had to reschedule the trip. This week, he received a visit from a Louisville coach. Where will Murray visit first?

Antwon Murray is one of the top cornerback prospects in the middle part of the state and the Lakeland (Fla.) Kathleen standout talked about the latest.

"I'm now up to five picks in five games," Murray said. "We're having a good year so far. We got Ridge this week and I know they have a real good junior (linebacker, Vince Williams)."

Murray, 5-foot-9 and 175 pounds, had a visit previously scheduled to Louisville but was unable to make it. He has set up a visit with another school, though.

"I didn't end up going up there," he said of the visit to Louisville. "I did talk to one of their coaches on the phone tonight. He came by the school today, too. I still like them. I set up a visit to Wake Forest for December 1st through the 3rd. They're a good program and I think I can make an impact there. Desmond Clark's brother plays for us and I know he went there and is now in the NFL. I'll ask him about it."

Murray was asked which other schools he plans on visiting, aside from the two mentioned above.

"I also wanna check out Minnesota and Iowa State," he said.
