With more than 1,500 all-purpose yards and 29 touchdowns on the season, University of Louisville commit Doug Beaumont has proven that he's a threat any time he touches the ball. As seen in this InsideTheVille.com video, the four-star prospect also proves that he's equally as gifted on the defensive side of the ball.

The leading candidate for Kentucky's Mr. Football award, Louisville Male's Doug Beaumont continued his impressive final year of prep ball by helping the Bulldogs claim a 33-7 win over St. Xavier in the second round of the Class 4A playoffs.

The Scout.com four-star prospect's offensive abilities have been well documented throughtout his high school career. Beaumont, who has rushed for over 1,000 yards on the season, is also a difference maker on the defensive side of the ball.

This video displays Beaumont's pursuit to the ball, his closing speed and his ability to provide a big hit. Defensively, Beaumont totaled at least seven tackles and recorded three pass break ups in the win. The video is capped off with a 7-yard touchdown run.
