Louisville visiting Georgia running back

Louisville assistant Greg Nord will travel to Georgia Thursday to visit two-star running back Darius Marshall. Will the Cardinals offer the 5-10, 190-pound Marshall?

Georgia running back Darius Marshall visited Marshall last weekend and said Wednesday night that he'd like to make a college decision within the next week. While he had a "great" visit in Huntington, WV, Alabama and Louisville could have a say about his decision.

Marshall, a 5-10, 190-pound two-star prospect, will receive a visit from Louisville assistant Greg Nord Thursday.

"Louisville is coming down to talk," Marshall said. "Coach Nord is coming to the school and I think to the house. They have been talking about an offer and a visit. They had a great year and a really a program on the rise."

Marshall should know more about the Cardinals intentions after Nord's visit. This situation with the Crimson Tide is similar. "Alabama is close to home, but it's a wait and see type of thing," Marshall said.

Marshall said that Marshall, Alabama and Louisville are the only three programs he's considering at present.
