Bryant, a 6-foot-6, 380-pound giant from Boyd Anderson High School in Lauderdale, Florida, has already made one official visit to Ole Miss. He was supposed to visit USC last weekend, but didn't. Bryant is now considering North Carolina and Louisville for a weekend visit and it appears the Tar Heels might get the nod.
"I'm not sure [where I'm going this weekend] – I think it's North Carolina," Bryant told InsideCarolina.com. "I'm still working it out – I should know everything later in the week."
While Bryant had originally earmarked this coming weekend for a visit to Louisville, it's possible he'll look to make that trip sometime early next week. "That's possible," Anderson coach Mark James said.
Bryant is a hot prospect heading into the final week of the recruiting season. James said his star players' decision has come down to three schools, "Ole Miss, Louisville and North Carolina."
Louisville and North Carolina both made stops to Boyd Anderson last week to Bryant. The Cardinals also checked in on two of Bryant's other talented teammates – linebackers Josh Bynes and Patrick Grant.
As far as a leader for Bryant, James summed it up best. "It's just really hard to say," he said.
