VIDEO: Super Regional Post Game

Moments following the Cardinals 9-0 win over Oklahoma State on Friday afternoon, U of L head coach Dan McDonnell talked about his team's dominating performance in the first game of the Louisville Super Regional.

Louisville's Zach Pitts, the Big East Conference Pitcher of the Year, held one of the nation's top offensive clubs in check, limiting Oklahoma State to just 4 hits through 7 innings of work. Gavin Logsdon tossed two scoreless innings to close out the Cardinals dominating 9-0 win over Oklahoma State in the first game of the Super Regional on Friday afternoon.

The majority of the standing room only crowd of 4,023 at Jim Patterson Stadium were also treated to an impressive offensive display by Dan McDonnell's Cardinals. Louisville had three batters with at least two hits, as the team pounded out 13 hits, including home runs by Isaiah Howes, Chris Dominguez and Pete Rodriguez.

Louisville will face Oklahoma State in what could be an elimination game for the Cowboys on Saturday afternoon at 12:00 p.m.. Standing room only tickets are still available.
