Apparently, Pitino made a great impression during the visit.
"They already put on the table what they'll do for 'Reke and how they want 'Reke to come in and produce," Tyreke's brother, Reggie Evans told Adam Zagoria of the New Jersey Herald News. "They want him to be a freshman and play a lot of minutes and be a big impact for Louisville. He's probably the only recruit that Rick Pitino has put this (much) time and effort into. Hearing that was strong."
Memphis' John Calipari was scheduled to visit with Evans Tuesday night and Texas coach Rick Barnes is set for Friday. Last week, Reggie Evans said his brother is planning to make visits to UConn, Memphis, Texas and Villanova this fall before making his college decision. Evans visited Louisville last fall.
