"Things have really been going great right now. A lot of big schools have been calling me and I have been pretty much been relaxing and letting them come in," said Thomas.
With several schools showing interest, including Syracuse and Virginia, Thomas has decided to name the top 2 schools in his recruitment.
It seems that Louisville is in very strong position with the 5-10, 190-pound play-maker.
"I talk to (assistant) coach (Eric) Lewis and he tells me that I might have a chance to see time as a freshman. I have been watching on T.V. and the way they have been playing. I love their aggressive defense," said Thomas.
The Thundering Herd also received some glowing remarks from Thomas.
"What I like about them is that they really focus on my education and how they could help me out," said Thomas.
Thomas has yet to set up any official visits, but appears to be working on setting those trips up.
"I have not set any (official visits) up yet, but I have been talking to Louisville about setting up a visit to come up there. They are coming in for an in-home visit Tuesday," said Thomas.
Thomas says that he will also definitely be making a trip to Marshall, but his other three visits currently are still up in the air.
"I want to see how I fit in the system. And I want to see how good the team is. I also want to see who is going to help me out the most for the rest of my life," said Thomas.
Thomas said he could commit on the spot if his official visit went well.
