In addition to his offer from the Wildcats, Evinger also sports an offer from Nevada, but he said the two Bluegrass State programs are schools close to his heart.
"I'm from Indiana, so going to either one of those schools is appealing to me," Evinger said. "I met the offensive coordinator from Kentucky and he is a really good guy and he said they are really working to get to the top of the SEC and they've made a bowl game the past two years and they have some talented guys coming in.
"Louisville is a little down right now, but they are a good program too."
Evinger played left tackle for Canyons the past two seasons and he said that is where he's projecting at the next level although both Kentucky and Louisville have told him they could move him inside if that is where there is playing time.
Evinger will complete his AA degree in March and he'll have three years to play two wherever he ends up.
