Tim High talks Louisville

Tim High gained two years of Division 1 experience at UNLV. This past season he registered 24 tackles at El Camino (CA) CC. Next season, the 6-2, 310-pound defensive tackle will try to help Louisville on the defensive line.

"I think Louisville is the best school for me," Tim High said. "They have a good head coach..d-line coach and I want to play for Louisville."

High said he did not visit any other schools prior to his trip – and commitment - to Louisville last weekend.

"Louisville has been on me since the end of the season," High said.

High spoke with Louisville defensive line coach Ken Delgado during his visit about how he can make a difference for the Cardinals next season. Louisville is in need of help along the defensive front with the graduation of three starters and High could help fill the void.

"He thinks that I'll be a plus to the d-line and help them get things going," said High. "I'm a run stopper."

High also spoke with first year UofL defensive coordinator Brent Guy.

"I sat down and talked to him a little bit about what he wants to do with the defense," High said. "I'm pretty sure we're going to be an aggressive defense."
