Lartey, rated the No. 50 cornerback in the nation, told InsideTheVille.com Tuesday that Louisville is still his favorite.
"Louisville and Mississippi State are still in the mix," Lartey said. "I'm going to try to take a visit to Mississippi State this weekend."
A coach from South Carolina State visited with Lartey's father on Tuesday and coaches from MSU and Louisville were scheduled to visit Lartey on Wednesday.
"South Carolina State came in and talked to my parents today. I wasn't there but he talked with my dad about the school," Lartey said. "Mississippi State and Louisville are probably coming down to my school to see me (Wednesday).
Lartey plans to announce his decision on Feb. 4, National Signing Day.
"We're having a signing at like 8 in the morning," Lartey said.
