"White Lightning" commits to Cards
Todd Brigman, a 5'9, 170 athlete from Tallahassee Lincoln has committed to the Cards, according to Lincoln assistant coach Tony Collins. Brigman, who runs a 4.4 forty and is nicknamed "White Lightning" is the second player from Tallahassee Lincoln to commit to new UofL Head Coach Bob Petrino this week, joining punter Brent Moody.
"People compare me to Travis McGriff who used to play at Florida," Brigham told TheInsdiers National Recruiting Editor Jamie Newberg. "I have good hands and just use my speed." Brigman was electronically timed in 10.69 for 100 meters and is one of the fastest players in the state of Florida. Brigman chose Louisville over interest from Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Miami (Fla.), and LSU.
